Logistic Regression is used to analyze binary outcomes....binary outcomes are ones that have an answer of yes or no...for example dead or not dead.....

Simple means that you are analyzing the effect of one variable on an outcome.....Multiple means that you are analyzing the effect of more than one variable on an outcome

in simple logistic you have only one parameter and in multi you have multi parameters
uni mean one and multi mean more than one ok
in spss simply go analysis and go logistic regression ok
