AOA. I want to do a comparative study of two drugs. In study i want to see which drug is more effective. In a previous study on same drug drug has response on 77% while drug b has response of 66%. Keeping power at 80% and alpha error at 5% and sample being equal in both groups what will be my sample size for each group? Thanks
