WHO also provided free full text access to approximately 3760 journals to some designated developing countries. Unfortunately Pakistan is not one of them.
I do have access to some journals. Contact me via my email if you would like any full text articles. We also have a well stocked and subscribed library here in King Faisal Hospital in Saudi Arabia.

Yeh this is right and we are enjoying free access from many months. Not only NEJM, BMJ, Circulation and some journals of Oxford are also free.

I have heard that the New England Journal of Medicine (Full Text) is available for free on-line for a number of third world countries, including Pakistan. They identify you by your IP address. Being in Canada, I can not confirm this. Please check it out. Good luck.
