Re: Re: CHAMCHA CULTURE
you are absolutely right. even those professors who preach of professionalism have their trainees doing their house hold works like: "SABZI GHOSHT LANA"

Re: CHAMCHA CULTURE
your are very true. respect is earned not asked for. but unfortunately our whole country is going in same track. i have seen MS surgery candidate driving the car of his supervisor daily like a driver. what should this candidate do. he can not refuse because the supervisor will not pass him in exam even though supervisor can affaord a driver.this is a simple example , we can see so many in our daily life like these.

Re: Re: CHAMCHA CULTURE
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. UNLUCKILY WE DONOT HAVE "SYSTEM". WE HAVE PERSONALITIES THAT PROFESSOR........ IS EXCELLENT IN .....PROCEDURE. HE WILL DO IT EXCELLENTLY BUT WOULD NEVER TEACH OR TRAIN HIS JUNIORS. WHEN PROFESSOR ...... IS OUT OF SCENE, NO BODY IS ABLE TO PERFORM THAT PARTICULAR PROCEDURE OR TECHNIQUE. IT IS DILEMA OF OUR MEDICAL COMMUNITY. THE SYSTEM OF PROPER POSTGRADUATE TRAINING IS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT IN OUR COUNTRY EXCEPT FEW INSTITUTIONS LIKE AKU, SH. ZAYYED HOSPITAL LAHORE ETC.
