RTI is it so simple to treat

Plz tell me how to treat RTI cases esp. inold cases more than 60 of age is there any pacularity intreating this

There are various treatment regmines available to treat RTIs. For Community Acquired pneumonias, use of Clithromycin 500mg twice daily with Cefuroxime would be an excellent combination. However, hospital acquired ones needs coverage for Pseudomonas Bacteria like adding Cetizidime with Clithromycin.
