Lack of Medical Facilities in Rural Areas

I've found that there is no proper sanitary system in the rural areas of Pakistan. Medical facilities are adequate & there is also not a reasonable medical infrastructure in such areas. Isn't not important for all of us that we be careful while doing our duties in such conditions?
