abdominal tuberculosisHas someone come across a case of tuberculous strictures throughout the jejunum and ileum? The literature i have searched mentions only the ileocecal part of the gut. There are also lots of articles about similarities between abdominal TB and Crohn's disease. But does anyone know about a case report of multiple strictures in ileum as well as jejunum, proven to be because of TB?
