i recived a young male of 30 years ,with history of exposure to pesticide poisnining.he has difficulty in respiration .2.fever .3.vomiting
how much atropine can be given to counter his poisoning ?

Are you suspecting Organophosphate poisoning? The signs & symptoms you have written in your history are not pointing towards Organophosphate poisoning. Patient should have signs for SLUDE (Salivation, Lacrimation, Urination, Defecation and Emesis).

How long ago did he had exposure to pesticides and in what way i.e inhalation or swallowing? before he developed these symptoms? Could this be coincidental
