very Innocent Question indeed.
Do you really think that we care to conduct incidence and prevalance studies in this country for a disorder like club foot, when we donot even care about even life threatning medical disorders.
We are Busy guys , we donot have time for Scientific Work since we are the Best Already.
I believe you will have to quote any figures available from either the western literature(which is non-representative ) or if there is any data from India.

i really never understood why do u always think i m attacking you,trust me i NEVER EVER had intentions to attack you,i call u hopless because u yourself have called yourself that somewhere in the posts, and Ijaz bhai i would definitely like to know whr have i used inappropriate language(not just Ijaz bhai,anyone just let me know whr have i used objectional language)
It isnt just this thread i have seen u condenming u the system of Pakistan, i told u i know the whole pakiistani setup is corruptd but what i have been trying to emphasize is that its no use by just pointing out mistakes we have to do something. thats it!!!
i m really sorry if u think i have been attacking you, however i didnt have the intentions to do so.
as far as the clubfoot research is concerned, i never said that i m knowledgable(tho i m hopeful n optimistic) ,i m a medical student at the moment, n u know that better than me that medstudents in Pakistan are even unaware of the ABC's of research work,let alone clubfoot research!!!!!!!!!!
i repeat i m sorry for seeming to be offensive. But i would like to tell u ,give a little margin to youngsters and try to understand them,atleast this is wat u can give to future doctors

doc11...i am impressed by you.u know what,dr ijaz ;actually when i saw this post in the morning i found out that she is right not only because that i myself is a woman and is taking side of a woman..but being neutral i think that she didn't intend to mean that what she has written in her post about you...u know what dr ijaz...on the internet we are unable to guess that in which sense the respective conversation is being carried out and we are unable to judge the emotions as well...so try to understand it...i think we the graduates should support the undergraduates more and more as we were on the same position before we were gradutes...
i hope u r an intelligent guy and would definately understand it....
