KAP means knowledge,attitude and practice
v hav to assess these 3 things in 2 grps one from 1st year and other from 4th year mbbs students

It is usually preferred to use a validated questionnaire for your survey. Do a google search for such a questionnaire. If you don't find one, design your own questionnaire and limit the number of variables to your study question. Pilot test the new questionnaire and make necessary changes if needed.
