i have searched pakmedinet regarding above mentioned purpose, i found related articles to my topic of synopsis but these r only abstracts of these articles, not the complete artical so how can i take reference material from just abstracts?
How can i found complete articles?

For full text articles, you need to contact the medical journal directly. You can contact them by email or by mail.
