dental practice

i want to start practice of orthodontics in lahore at some doctor;s clinic i just want to know what should i take from him he says that he will give me 40 percent and take 60 percent as he is the owner and he will provide all medicine as well please reply here DR (drshafiq290@yahoo.com)
