since it is fairly common thing so you would easily be able to find tons of material online
1. i would suggest following approach
go to www.pubmed.com
2.set limits to english,humans and search limited to title/abstract and then enter hepatic encephalopathy
3. you ll get arround 2000 hits. some of them will be free full text and others will be not
4. save the serch and note down the articles you look like to review
5. go through their abstracts abd see which are the ones which match the theme of your dissertation
6. in order to retrive all of the full text you will need a library which subscribes to all of these journals (CPSP library Karachi ,AKU library and Shifa International Islamabad are good places to start with)
7. another simpler option would be to visit a medical college or CPSP Karachi library which have full text acccess through HEC and you can retrive as many articles as you like
8. So start moving.. if you get into th routine you ll see that article searching is not only rewarding but also fun
