Consider reading the following book.
Title: How to write and publish papers in the medical sciences / Edward J. Huth.
Publisher: Baltimore : Williams & Wilkins, c1990.
You can look for a newer edition if one is available. I strongly recommend this both for beginners and senior veterans in this area.

Re: i m new to ths research thingyI my view the best book on this topic is "Essentials of Writing Biomedical Research Papers" by Mimi Zeigler. There is no other book that is even a close second. See if you can get your hands on it.
