circumcision by birth

hi everyone, some people say their child is circumcised by birth. is it true or some abnormality.

In Nigerian, most mothers would wait for a week before circumcising their baby although majority do not have any reason for this. It is more or less a traditional believe passed on from generation to generation. Nigerian northerners will wait until the child is a teenager i.e. come of age.

I have asked a paed surgeon. He replied. This is abnormal. The babies having hypospadias look circumcised since birth. They must be treated appropriately.
