26 year old lady wid primary infertility presents wid 3 years of generalized aches and pains, backache and polyarthralgias. Examination: waddling gait. Serum calcium 1.84mmol/l, Albumin 42g/l, phosphate 1.46mmol/l and alkaline phosphatase 1358 U/l.

Get vitamin D, PTH, Ionized Calcium.

Osteomalacia is the right diagnosis here. Xrays of Long bones, scapula would be helpful.
