hi all.im new here.im a final year MBBS student,UHS lahore has introduced OSPI system ,n i find it v difficult.moreover im quite confused in diagnosing scenarios esp cns.would anybody guide me?i need sum MCQs stuff to make my concepts clear.but 4m where?

Well for clinical vignettes u can consult KAPLAN USMLE STEP 2 CK books ( Medicine, Suegery, Gynae & Obs, Paediatrics, Psychiatry ).
