Recurrent angina after open heart surgery - dilemmas in it`s management in developing nations and indications for re-do CABG and PTCA.
Pak J Cardiol Jan ;18(1-2):12-7.

The patients who present with recurrent angina after CABG are very different from those undergoing primary revascularization. They are older, have more diffuse coronary artery disease, and their LV function is usually reduced. Their management, therefore, remains a dilemma especially in developing countries where dearth of technical expertise in dealing with such patients, socio-economic issues and non- compliance with follow-up and medications cannot be ignored. All these factors play a major role in decision-making.
