Primary omental torsion [POT] in children.

This is a case series of 4 patients presenting with anorexia, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain mainly in Right Lumbar and Upper Quadrants. Clinical findings were suggestive of tenderness in the abdomen and provisional diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis was made in all four patients. Operative findings, however was different. It was primary omental torson with normal appendix.
