Objective: To determine the conversion rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and its causes at Isra University Hospital, Hyderabad, Pakistan. Methods: This was a retrospective study carried out at Isra University Hospital, Hyderabad from July 2005 to June 2007.
