In 37% population we have diagnosed MD prior to surgery by Meckel’s Scan. In 98% patients we have done open procedure followed by Laparoscopy in 2% populations. Most common histopathological fi ndings were gastric mucosa (40%), followed by pancreatic mucosa (07%). Th ere was no mortality in our study. Conclusions: Mekel’s Diverticulum has various presentations and can be easily misdiagnosed. It is necessary to maintain a high index of suspicion in the paediatric age group.
