Tuberculosis is a great mimicker and sometimes poses a diagnostic problem. Two cases of suspicious masses of the breast are presented. The symptoms, signs and investigations were not helpful in definitively proving or ruling out malignancy. It was only after definitive biopsy that the cases were confirmed as tuberculosis. Both these case are presented and discussed. Conclusion: It can be safely inferred that in Pakistan and other South Asian countries, tuberculosis should rank very high in differential diagnosis where we encounter suspicious massess of the breast.
