Recurrent Phyllodes tumor.
Ann King Edward Med Uni Jan ;12(2):331-2.

XYZ, a seven month primigravida, presented with firm , mobile, well circumscribed, non tender breast mass , which rapidly increased in size in few weeks. It took approx. five months for this tumour to reach this size. Clinically it was a tense, mobile swelling of about a football size with no axillary lymph nodes. Making the provisional diagnosis of phyllodes tumour we decided to operate upon the patient, the respectability of tumour was assessed and procedure planned was excision biopsy. Raising the skin flaps the tumor was successfully excised and we were able to close the skin (over a suction drain) after trimming the flaps and saving the so-called normal breast tissue with nipple areola complex.
