Testicular Feminization syndrome: report of a family cluster.
Ann Pak Inst Med Sci Jan ;1(1):45-7.

Testicular Feminization Syndrome, alternatively named as Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, is characterized by a female phenotype with normal breast development and female external genitalia but with primary amenorrhoea, paucity of pubic and other body hair, a blind vaginal pouch and intra-abdominal testes. We report here a cluster of three cases within a single family where the affected offsprings were brought up as females, reached the age of puberty without the disorder having been detected and were seen by a gynecologist only when they failed to have menarche.
