What is proven? Study includes only 25 patients therefore with this small number of patients how the author has helped the physician. No statistical data. What is the standard of interstitial measurement.Article is silent.What are the criteria of different varieties of thickening? What does every variety of thickening mean and how it has been proven. My comments are that such articles without proper references and including very short number of patients should be included in the journal with reservations.
