Most of the Pharmacists in Pakistan have excellent knowledge of drugs, their indications, side effects etc but lack its practical implications. They donot have any exposure to patients. All B pharmacy or Pharm D programs should have compulsory clinical attachment in hospitals.
One thing is clear that Pharmacist cannot prescribe drugs to any patient. Its domain of MBBS doctors

Dear yet clinical pharmacist is not in its full swing but it can be said that this is the emerging domain of a Pharmacist and it can strongly be hoped that very soon there will be the era of clinical Pharmacist as it is one of the very essential aspect of pharmacy services .
