what is the treatment of nasal polyps besides surgery?
can they redevelop after surgery?

yes they can develop after surgery and medical management besides surgery is intranasal and sometimes systemic steroids both for pre and post op cases

Recurrence after intranasal polypectomy is most common but nowadays if it can be done by endoscopic procedure, then I think recurrence is rare, about steroid use after nasal polyp surgery, results are slightly better than not using steroid nasal spray, but recurrence may be there after spray

FESS is the treatment of choice now adays.small polyps will respond well to intranasal steroids or oral steroids but surgery is the answer to chronic and large polyps
