Plab or mrcp

Salam to all im new to this forum i joined this forum cuz i hve no clue wat to do . I hve done mbbs n house job in pakistan 2yrs ago nw im confused as im living in uk i want to know which way is best either plab or mrcs or mrcog n if i dnt do plab wat is disadvantage .n is mrcp or mrcog recognised everywhere like if i want to work at u.a.e .n if i do mrcp or mrcog do they require ielts to b done before them .kindly reply my questions .regards
