Fresh graduate confused between MRCS and PLAB route.

hey guys i have just graduated and have completed my housejob.. now im planning to go to U.k to for my further training the thing im confused about is which route should i go for either i complete my 2 years G.S training here in pakistan and give MRCS part 1 and 2 or i take the PLAB route please give advice as i am very confused because some say go for Plab while others say MRCS i better route .
