I have a request to you all that plz try to discuss the problem seriously and show a mature behaviour.
plz if someone post a question, then answer it if you know it and guide him or her well.
All the members are educated person, so plz try to discuss in a good manner.
if someone ask a question that seem to be stupid, dont take it to the person who asked but reply it if you know otherwise dont reply it.
and one important thing is that plz dont take the things on yourself and plz discuss the person who ask or who reply but discuss your problems.
i think its better way to learn and to guide others.
its really a nice fourm at national level so please do make it more informative and work for its progress.
