Linear scleroderma "en coup de sabre" associated with neurological complications - a case report.
Surgimed Med Dent J Jan ;1(1):29-32.

Linear scleroderma en coup de sabre (LScs) is a rare disorder that usually affects one side of the face and head in the fronto-parietal area. Not infrequently, it is associated with neurological symptoms, notably epilepsy. A 6 year old girl is reported who had bilateral LScs. She developed epileptic seizures and episcleritis of left eye. Brain MRI demonstrated punctate subcortical calcifications, leptomeningeal enhancement and enlargement of the left choroid plexus; the findings were typical of Sturge-Weber Syndrome.
