Supraglottic stenosis in bullous pemphigoid of larynx.

Oral mucosa involvement is seen in about one- third of patient with pemphigoid. Other sites involved are eye, nose, pharynx, esophagus, anus, genitals and larynx. We report a Chinese lady with bullous pemphigoid complicated by laryngeal involvement with development of supraglottic stenosis requiring tracheostomy. (Rawal Med J 2010;35: 113-114).
