Idiopathic intracranial hypertension in an infant due to topical application of fluticasone; a rare entity.
Pak Paed J Jan ;38(1):57-60.

Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension is less common in children, predominantly being a diagnosis of middle aged women1. This entity is exceedingly uncommon in infants, and, so far, although it has been reported with the use or withdrawal of steroids by other routes (apart from other medications) it has rarely been reported with the use of topical steroids. We report here a case of 3 month old baby who developed idiopathic intracranial hypertension in association with the use of a topical steroid Fluticasone.
