For the mild pre-eclampsia pregnant women, gestational age at diagnosis was observed to be strongly associated with maternal complications, fetal death, eclampsia and post partum hemorrhage (p<0.05) Mild pre-eclampsia was also statistically associated with birth weight (2.3+0.49) and apgar scores (9.00+1.02) of the fetus (p<0.05). Most frequent mode of delivery was C-section (44.2%) followed by normal delivery (38.6%) while natural induction was 12.9% and duty induction was 4.3% (p<0.05). Conclusion: We found that 43.5% patients were diagnosed with mild pre-eclampsia at 38 weeks of gestational age. The most common method of delivery was C-section. However, normal delivery in pre-eclampsia women beyond 36 weeks of gestation should also be considered.
