Mostly cases 46% were found with Grade-III hepatic injury. Wound infection was noted as a commonest complication after surgical management. Mortality rate was found 10.0%, and was significantly associated with severity of injury (grade IV and V) p-value 0.001. Conclusion: We concluded that short-term mortality 10% in patients having liver trauma, mortality was significantly associated with grade IV and V of injuries.
