Management of Zygomatic Complex Fractures.

Zygomatic complex fractures are the second most common facial fractures. There are differences in etiology between the developing and developed world. Unilateral fractures are more common than bilateral fractures. The signs and symptoms are similar but there are differences in fixation methods used between the developing and developed world due to availability of facial plating system in Western countries. This article highlights the current management of zygomatic complex fractures. This is a review article.
