Al-Shifa J Ophthalmol Jan ;15(1):36-42.

A total of 97 eyes with POAG were consecutively recruited. Patients were labeled as glaucomatous based on VF and optic nerve head damage. Based on CCT value, the sample was divided in two groups (group 1, <= 535 mm, n=49; group 2 >= 535 mm, n=48). PSD in group 1 and group 2 was 6.96 +- 1.49 dB and 4.60 +- 1.41 dB respectively. The mean CCT in Group 1 and Group 2 was 509.25 +- 13.05 ?m and 571.3 +- 14.82 ?m respectively. The difference in PSD between the two groups was statistically significant, p <= 0.05.
