Pak J Radiol Jan ;14(2):20-2.

A 56 year old woman presented with swelling on the left side of neck for 5 days. Fine needle aspiration of this swelling was performed which revealed malignant epithelial neoplasm. Then CT Scan of abdomen was performed which showed multiple liver and skeletal metastases. A 7x4cm mobile lump in the lower and inner quadrant of the right breast was discovered on clinical examination. The duration of this lump was not known. Clinician suspected that breast lump could be a primary tumor. Bilateral mammography showed a 7x4cm ovoid well-circumscribed mixed heterogenous density (contain fat and soft tissue density) lesion with well defined margins seen in lower and inner quadrant of right breast. The fine needle aspiration cytology was benign. For further confirmation excision biopsy was performed which revealed there was no evidence of malignancy and the features were in keeping with a mammary hamartoma. Primary lesion of metastasis in this patient could not be detected and patient had expired after 1 month.
