Antimony CompoundCan anyone tell me why Antimony compound used for the treatment of Leishmaniasis is not freely available in Pakistan, why smuggled one is available and no company is manufacturing/marketing it. Is there a need to pressurize government about this and other similar drugs?

Re: Antimony CompoundWell I think most of our Pharmaceutical Industry is interested in Business promotion not for the benefit of the patients. They produce any drug depending on its demand, not on its usage.
